Levy Payments

You will require a levy notice to pay your levy. If you do not have a notice or have lost your current notice, call our office and we will send you a replacement levy notice and confirm your correct mailing address at the same time. Available payment methods are;

• By mail:

Attach your cheque to the tear-off portion of the levy notice and send to;

Cheques should be made payable to the applicable strata plan.

• Australia Post:

Payments may be made at any Australia Post outlet. You may pay by cash, cheque or eftpos. Cheques should be made payable to the applicable strata plan. Remember to take your levy notice with you and Australia Post will issue you with a receipt.

• BPAY:

Contact your bank, credit union or other financial institution to make payments directly from your cheque or savings account. You will be required to enter the biller code and the reference number printed on the front of the levy notice in the BPAY box.

BPAY may be used at all Australia Post outlets or by internet.

Please note important information regarding interest and the recovery of owners corporation's costs:

• Interest on unpaid contributions - S.79 (2)
• When contribution recoverable as a debt - S.80 (1)
